1 CAN 15 OZ SOLID PACK PUMPKIN
3/4 CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
2 1/2 TEASPOONS GROUND GINGER
1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
1/2 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
2/3 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
2/3 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
3 EGGS LIGHTLY BEATEN
1/2 CUP CINNAMON CHIPS
1 DEEP DISH PIE CRUST

Directions:
IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE PUMPKIN, SUGAR, SPICES, AND SALT. ADD CREAM, MILK, VANILLA, AND EGGS. MIX WELL. FOLD IN CINNAMON CHIPS. POUR MIXTURE INTO PIE CRUST. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 50-55 MINUTES. REMOVE TO WIRE RACK TO COOL.
