32 Rolo candies (unwrapped)
32 Hershey chocolate squares
1 box devils food cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Mix with a spoon until all combined. Batter will be thick and shiny. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out batter and form into a small ball. Wrap the ball around a Rolo candy. Place on baking sheet. Repeat until all the Rolos have been wrapped. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350ºF.
Remove from oven and place 1 chocolate square on each cookie. Return to the oven for 30 seconds. Remove from oven and use a knife to spread out the melted chocolate.
