4 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS SALT
2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS WATER
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL

FILLING:
1/2 CUP PIZZA OR PASTA SAUCE
1/2 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1/2 CUP RED/GREEN PEPPER
1/2 CUP SLICED PEPPERONI
1/2 CUP MUSHROOM

PLACE THE DOUGH INGREDIENTS INTO BREAD MACHINE IN ORDER LISTED, SELECT DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN COMPLETED TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE. COVER AND LET REST FOR 5-10 MINUTES. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 8 EQUAL PORTIONS. ON FLOURED SURFACE ROLL EACH TO A 6 INCH CIRCLE. SPREAD 1 TABLESPOON SAUCE ON CIRCLE MAKING SURE NOT TO GO TO THE EDGE. EVENLY DIVIDE FILLING OVER SAUCE. FOLD OVER AND PINCH OR CRIMP EDGES TO SEAL. PRICK TOPS SEVERAL TIMES WITH FORK OR KNIFE. PLACE BAKING SHEET GREASED OR SPRINKLED WITH CORNMEAL. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINUTES. LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
