1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 CAN 20OZ PINEAPPLE SLICES
8 MARASCHINO CHERRIES
1 9 OZ YELLOW CAKE MIX
2 8OZ PACKAGES CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
1 3.0 OZ LEMON JELLO
2 EGGS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. SPRAY 9 INCH SPRING FORM PAN WITH NON STICK SPRAY. STIR TOGETHER MELTED BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR IN SPRING FORM PAN. PLACE 8 PINEAPPLE SLICES IN FORM AND PLACE CHERRY IN CENTER OF EACH PINEAPPLE SLICE. CUT REMAINING PINEAPPLE INTO PIECES AND PLACE DECORATIVELY AROUND PAN. PREPARE CAKE MIX ACCORDING TO BOX DIRECTIONS. POUR HALF CAKE MIX OVER PINEAPPLE. BEAT CREAM CHEESE, LEMON JELLO AND EGGS IN BOWL AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD CREAM CHEESE MIX GENTLY OVER CAKE MIX. POUR REMAINING CAKE MIX ON TOP.
BAKE 65-70 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL 5 MINUTES. LOOSEN EDGES AND TURN OUT ONTO SERVING PLATTER
