Dry Rub:
2 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 tsp. dried sage
2 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper

Other ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin roast
1 tbsp. olive oil
10 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Place olive oil into the bottom of a roasting pan and add garlic slices.
Mix dry ingredients and rub over pork. Place pork on top of olive oil fat side up and bake for 15 minutes at 450º and continue baking at 300º until done.
