1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 jumbo or 4 large eggs, room temperature

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients with whisk until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into greased popover pan (should be 3/4 full).

Bake at 425º for 20 minutes and then reduce heat to 325º and continue baking for 15-20 minutes.

You can use a blender to combine wet ingredients. Popovers turn out the best if all ingredients are at room temperature.
