1 quart milk
1 c. sugar
5 heaping tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch with sugar and add to milk. Mix in salt and cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Can also cook in microwave. Heat mixture for 2 minutes and mix. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds and mix until m mixture thickens.
