2.5 c.oatmeal (run through food processor or blender until powdered)
2.5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking Soda
1 tsp. baking Powder
.5 tsp. Salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º
.
Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Cream butter and sugars until smooth and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla mix in dry ingredients. Portion batter into golf ball size balls on a cookie sheet 3" apart and bake for 10 minutes.
