Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped pecans or cashews
1 Tbsp. Brandy or Whiskey
8oz. round brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, nuts, and brandy.

Score top of cheese and place in oven.

Bake @ 400* F for 4-5 minutes until cheese is softened. (I watch for it to bubble or poke it gently with a fork to test)

Mound sugar mixture over cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes more until sugar is melted. Don't take it out too soon, as you want it to be nice an bubbly!

A larger brie will require you to adjust the time slightly!

Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy! Mmm, cheese!
