2-3 lb. round steak or pot roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
potatoes & carrots as desired
Directions:
Directions:
Place round steak or pot roast on sheet of aluminum foil big enough to wrap the meat. Sprinkle package of soup mix on top. Fold foil air tight. Place in baking pan and bake at 300º for 3 hours or 200º for 9 hours. Can be opened 1 hour early and surrounded by potatoes and carrots, etc. for cooking. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
