1 package of steak ums steak sandwich meat (Frozen)
1 onion, sliced
1 pepper green or red, sliced
1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms optional
american cheese
Hard, crusty rolls
Directions:
Directions:
Break up steak meat and cook over medium high heat in pan. In another pan saute onions, pepper, and mushrooms until tender. Add to steak pan. Mix well. In a toaster over lightly toast the rolls. Add american cheese to rolls and add meat mixture. Top with more cheese if you like. Very yummy!
