3/4 c. sugar
5 T. flour
6 medium size peaches, peeled
1/2 c. water
1 T. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 9.5" or 10" unbaked pie shell, with top crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix together sugar and flour in a small bowl. In a medium saucepan mash one of the peeled peaches, add water, lemon juice and sugar/flour mixture; mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Slice remaining peaches into sauce, stir gently to coat. Spread in prepared pie shell and cover with top crust, seal edges and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 50 minutes and crust is golden brown.
