Peel and cut 1 kilo of yucca
2 eggs
4 spoons-full of flour
1 cup of grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook with water and salt until the yucca are soft. Make a puree with the yucca and the add the eggs, flour and cheese. Next, you can stuff the yucca with different condiments dependent on your palate: cheese and pepper cut into pieces; ground meat cooked with onion, sweet pepper, garlic, celery and cilantro; tuna or any other type of fish
