Ingredients:
2.5 lbs of pork cutlet
2.5 lbs of tender beans (big and red)
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
1 celery
1 thyme
oregano
cilantro
1 garlic head
salt
4 potatoes (cooked in water with salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a pot filled with water. When the pot boils you then add the beans and turn off the heating disk or flame (dependent on whether the heating unit is electric or gas powered). Let the beans sit for at least one hour. After this, cook the pork rib or cutlet with all the spices and condiments you want except cilantro. When the meat is tender, add the beans (wring out the hot water)and cook them for 30 minutes until the beans are soft. Then, add the potatoes and the chopped cilantro.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This food should be served in small portions, as an appetizer, this is because the pork in combination with beans makes for a heavy meal.
