Dough -
4 cups flour
1 cup butter, softenend
2 T sugar
1 tsp salt
1 pdg yast
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Filling:
1 8 oz pdg cr cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
raspberry jam
1 cup pecans

glaze
2.5 cups powdered sugar
2 T butter
4 T hot water
1 T milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter sugar and slat in a bowl, use pastry cutter or hands til crumbly. Separate bowl, mx yeast eggs, and milk - cold. Add to crumbly mixture, mix w/fork, Work with hands til dough forms. Divide into 2 pieces, flatten into discs, crap and put in frig overnight.

Preheat oven the 350º. Beat tog the filling ingred. Roll out each dough into a retangle, 1.8 inch thick, and the ligth of cooke sheet and as wide as will allow. Spread half of filling and pecans. Roll from short ends to center and pinch together. Use ungreased cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Cook 10 mintues and glaze. - mix glaze with whisk til smooth
