1 lb. sweet butter
1 whole and 3 egg yolks(room temperature
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups of Sugar
1/2 cup of milk (room temperature)
6 to 7 cups of All-Purpose Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, crisco and sugar until they are smooth.
Add eggs slowly, milk, Mix well.
Add baking powder to flour and then a cup at a time to
butter mixture. Just 6 cups at first. Let sit for 10 minutes.
If more is needed to form cookies, add a 1/4 cup at a time of
additional flour.
Form your cookies on a prepared cookie sheet.
Place in middle of oven shelf for 12 minutes.
When you have another cookies sheet ready,
Please the first sheet on the top shelf in order to brown
and the second one in the middle (12 minutes. again)
