Cooking Spray for spraying foil
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
red peppermint candies, crushed for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk, and stir until it's all melted and smooth. Pour it into the prepared pan and spread to even out the surface. Sprinkle on the crushed candies.

Refrigerate 2 hours.

Lift the foil out of the pan and peel off the fudge. Cut into small pieces.

This is a recipe that I have been making to enjoy the past couple of Christmas Eves. I cut small pieces of fudge and mix it in among my Christmas cut-outs.
