2 eggs
1 stick oleo
1 yellow cake mix
1 can coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Topping
2 eggs
8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake ingredients and press into 9x13 cake pan. Mixture will be stiff. Set aside.

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over cake. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cake will be gooey inside.

On one of our trips to Florida, Larry and I stayed overnight in Corinth, MS. They had soup and dessert for supper. This cake was what they had for dessert and it was delicious! I asked the attendant for the recipe and she was glad to share. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
