8-10 leafs of fresh mint
1 T grated ginger root
2 oz. light rum to 3 parts soda to 1 part pomegranate juice.
1 spoonful of sugar to taste

Muddle ginger root with mint leaves.
Pour rum into soda.
Add mint and ginger.
Add sugar to taste.
Serve over ice

I made mine with a Mojito mix and added Pom Juice, ginger muddled mint leaves.
Paladar serves this drink and I find it tastier than a standard Mojito (less sweet). This is my attempt to copy at home. The recipe is from Pinterest.
