For all Butters - 1/2 c. Butter (1 stick)

SWEET BUTTER
1 T Strawberry Jam
1 T Amaretto
2 T Lemon Thyme
Paired with Almond Biscuits

CILANTRO LIME BUTTER
2 T Cilantro
2 T Lime Juice (fresh squeezed)
salt if desired
Paired with Chili Cheddar Loaf

CHIVE GARLIC BUTTER
2 T Chives
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
Paired with Asiago Parmesan with Garlic Ciabatta Crostini

GREEK OREGANO AND BASIL BUTTER
1 T Greek Oregano
1 T Basil
Paired with Whole Grain Bacchio

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter to room temperature.
Finely chop herbs, or process.
Mix all ingredients into butter until blended.
Form into desired shape.
Wrap in parchment and freeze until ready to use.
Soften slightly before serving.
Serve with appropriate bread or crackers
