Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 ground black powder
1/2 tsp Itlaian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1 lb ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 350 º F. In a small bowl mix the salt, oregano, flour, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.

Place ground beef in large bowl and use hand to blend in the spice mixture. If you want the smooth mixture of the meat like in a Donair shop, mix in a meat bowl and on a sturdy surface. Pick up meat, throw it down with force about 20 times and knead it after every throw. This helps the meat to hold together when you slice it. Form meat into a loaf and place on a broiler pan or baking sheet. Bake for 1 1/4 hours turning loaf over when half way through. Refrigerate the meat over night before slicing.
