1 box Brownberry seasoned croutons
1 lb. fresh mushroom, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown croutons in 1/2 the butter, spread in 8 inch pan. Sauté the mushroom and onion in remaining butter, do not overcook. Spread mixture over top of croutons and mix together slightly. Spread soup over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
