8-10 Slices of bacon
toasted pine nuts
1/8 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Large batch of blanched frozen green beans.

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon. Keep some of the bacon grease in pan. Toast pine nuts, set aside. Add oils and garlic. Add red wine vinegar and beans that have been blanched or almost cooked. Cook for awhile to incorporate flavors. Add balsamic vinegar at the end. Salt and pepper.

I reduce some of the vegetable oil.
