1 cup rice(cooked)
1 cup onions
1 cup celery
1/2 cup peppers
1/2 lb. sausage meat(taken out of skin and cooked; drain off fat)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage meat; in same skillet put chopped up onions, celery and pepper and lightly sauté. Put cooked rice in casserole dish, add vegetables and cooked sausage; mix with 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Add a little water if needed. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
