3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and dried thyme
1.35 kg beef roast
2 onions sliced
2 or more carrots
1 pkg. mushrooms
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic and salt. Rub on roast. Place in slow cooker, add onion etc. Whisk together broth, 1 cup water, tomato paste, etc. Pour over roast, cook on slow 6 hours.
