3 sticks margarine
3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. Swan Down Cake Flour
7 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 to 1 1/2 c. black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put margarine, cream cheese, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each one. Add flour and extract. Mix well, then fold in walnuts. Turn into well greased tube pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325º for 1 1/2 hours or until straw comes out clean.
