1/3 cup canola
1 large onion
1 garlic clove
2 large leeks sliced
Chicken (cut into pieces)
8 Chorizo links, sliced
2 cups uncooked rice
5 cups boiling water
1/2 tube saffron

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Brown chicken pieces in oil, add onion and garlic and brown them add chorizos and cook together for approx. 5 mins. In the meantime add saffron to the water and let it seep.

Pour in saffron water and scrape up browned bits, after a minute or two add rice Let it come to a boil and put into oven.

Ready when all liquid is absorbed.
