1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 small Yukon gold potatoes (small red work well also), cut lengthwise in half
3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF.

Mix cheese and garlic powder in a shallow dish. Dip cut-sides of potatoes in butter, then in cheese mixture. Place cheese side down on baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining butter.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serve with sour cream and chives
