Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
2 sticks Butter
1/2 pint Sour Cream
1 jar Apricot Jam
1 bag Shredded Coconut ( will have some left over )
1 box White Raisins ( will have some left over )
1 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the butter into the flour until it resembles pea sized pieces. Mix in sour cream. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.

Divide into 3 pieces. Gently roll into rectangles. Spread each with the jam, coconut, raisins and walnuts. Roll up each rectangle from the widest part ( jelly-roll style). Tuck ends under, sealing tightly with a little milk.

Brush each roll with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Place rolls sealed side down on pan sprayed with Pam and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees; reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes more, depending on your oven. Let cool 5 minutes before removing to racks to cool completely. Slice each roll into 1" pieces.

Personal Notes:
A very dear friend of mine shared her mother's recipe with me the first time I tasted these pastry-like treats 41 years ago. They're very easy to make and so tasty. This can also be made with raspberry jam.
