2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. dried lemon rind
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. chopped dried apples
6 c. popped corn (air popped)
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl; add apples and stir well. Place popped corn in a large bowl; add apple mixture, tossing to coat. Spread popcorn mixture in a shallow pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring once. Turn oven off, let cool in oven 1 hour. Store in airtight container.
