3 c. unbleached flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. buttermilk or sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in cold margarine. Add buttermilk and eggs. Stir until just mixed. Do not over stir. Dough will be sticky. Drop dough onto floured surface. Roll or pat out into rectangular shape. Fold dough into 1/3's. Repeat this rolling and folding 5 times. Pat into 3/4 " thickness. Cut into shapes and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425º F. for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
