2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 28 oz. Can Peaches, finely chopped, with Juice
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 28 oz. Crushed Pineapple with Juice
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 28 oz. Can Fruit Cocktail with Juice
1 10 oz, Jar Maraschino Cherries with Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a gallon Glass jar combine the Sugar & Peaches. Cover loosely and place on kitchen counter. Stir with Wooden Spoon each day for 10 days. 2) On the 10th day, add Sugar & Crushed Pineapple. Stir each day for 10 days. 3) On the 20th day, add Sugar & Fruit Cocktail. Add Maraschino Cherries. Stir for 10 days. 4) On the 30th day, drain juice from fruit. Put 1 1/3 Cup Juice in jars and give to friends to be used as a starter to make their cakes. Put 1 1/3 Cup Fruit in containers and save to bake cakes. Makes 4 Cakes. Fruit can be frozen for up to 1 year.

BE SURE TO USE WOODEN (NOT METAL) SPOON FOR STIRRING.
