Ingredients:  
2 large lime Jello
1 16-oz sour cream
1 can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice
1/2 - 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Strain pineapple to get all juice out - save liquid
In separate bowl put jello and 2 cups hot water - mix to dissolve
Add pineapple juice then cold water to make 4 cups
Allow mixture to cool to room temperature
Mix in sour cream and blend well to eliminate any lumps

Once mixed well add pineapple (walnuts optional)

Pour into mold - refrigerate
