1/2 c. (one cube) butter
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. sugar
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (Costco premium is great)
1 8 oz. carton whipped topping
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. honey
chocolate and caramel syrup

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan or pot melt the butter. Combine crushed corn flakes, sugar, and add to melted butter. Cook, stirring, until mixture is golden brown. Put 1/3 of mixture in a 13"x9" pan. Combine ice cream, whipped topping, and cinnamon till smooth. Carefully put over the corn flake mixture in the pan. Top with remaining corn flake mixture. Drizzle honey over top. Freeze till firm (at least 6 hours or overnight). Cut and serve, drizzling chocolate and caramel syrups over top.

My nephew's fiancé gave this recipe to my sister to be used at the family dinner prior to their wedding. We all loved it! You can use a 56 oz. carton of ice cream in place of the 64 oz. carton. It works just fine.
