36 Golden Oreos, divided
3 tbsp butter, very soft
1 box, 3.4 ounces, lemon or vanilla pudding
1 c milk
4 c cool whip, or whip topping,
1 c lemon pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Place 20 cookies in a one gallon zip lock bag and roll with a rolling pin to coarsely crush. place them in a bowl with butter and mix. Press in bottom of a 9x9" pan. This is the bottom crust.
Add puddding mix to milk and whisk until smooth. Let sit for 2 minutes then fold in 1 heaping cup of whipped topping. Carefully spread over cookie crust.
Crush remaining cookies in new gallon bag, sprinkle half over pudding in pan.Save the rest.
Mix lemon pie filling with 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over pudding and cookies in pan. Spread remaining whipped topping over top of dessert and sprinkle with remaining cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerates at least 4 hours before serving.
