Ingredients:
Frozen Ravioli ( small ravioli's work best)
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying
Sauce (Your favorite Marinara)

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan or a sauce pot, heat 3-4 inches of oil to aprox.. 325-350º

Prepare 2 bowls; 1 with water and one with season dry breadcrumbs.

Take the frozen ravioli and dip each one in the water and then into the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place them on a paper towel while the oil is being heated.

Once the oil is ready, working in small batches place the breaded ravioli's into the oil for approximatly. 2-3 minutes, turn them over when you begin to see them browning around the edges. Cook the second side for 1-2 minutes.

Drain on a cooling rack.

These can be reheated in the oven when ready but are delicious at room temperature.

Note: You may need to filter the oil and start again if you have too many breadcrumbs building up in the pan while cooking. This will depend on how many ravioli's you are making.

Personal Notes:
I take half of my sauce and add red peppers to make a spicy dipping option as well.
