1 Cup Soft Butter
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
2 Cups of Flour
Granulated sugar
Cream Filling:
¼ cup soft butter
¾ cup confectionary sugar,
1 tsp vanilla,
Asst flavorings like almond or mint if you wish

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream, and flour to make soft dough, cover and put in refrigerator
Heat oven to 375
Flour work surface, Roll out 1/3 of the dough to 1/8 of an inch thick and cut into ½ to 1 inch circles.
Coat both sides of the circle with sugar, put on cookie sheet (not greased), prick with fork
Bake 7-9 minutes until set, NOT brown.
Let cool and prepare filling
Filling:
Cream ¼ cup of soft butter, ¾ cup confectionary sugar, tsp vanilla together, add water to get smooth consistency.
I typically make extra frosting and make 3 different flavors. Use food coloring to differentiate.

Make little sandwiches and enjoy!
