3 c. rolled oats
1 c. hazelnuts toasted
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1/3 c. quinoa
1/3 c oil like coconut or grapeseed
1/3 c. buckwheat honey
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. dried cranberries chopped

Directions:

Oven 350º
Toast and peel hazelnuts. Chop
Rinse quinoa well. Pour into large bowl.
Add oats, honey, oil, spices, salt, vanilla, coconut.
Add nuts and stir well.
Pour onto cookie sheet with silplat or parchment paper and bake until lightly browned about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool on sheet. It will crisp as it cools
