Ingredients:  
1 chinese cabbage
Bunch green onion
1/2 cup margarine
3 tbsps. sesame seeds (optional)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 pkgs. dry ichiban noodles (I use chicken flavour)
Dressing:
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sesame seeds, almonds, & dry soup noodles broken up in margarine. After browning remove from heat & add seasoning packets. Mix dressing ingredients together. Cut up cabbage & green onion. Add noodle mix. Pour dressing over & toss.
