1 cup minute rice
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
salt & pepper
1/2 cup each of chopped onion and bell pepper
3/4 lb uncooked ground beef
1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
bacon slices to cover top of casserole

Put ingredients in casserole dish in this order. After the meat and tomato sauce and water, cover meat with bacon strips
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350º Then uncover and bake 1/2 hour more
