8 slices white bread cubed
3/4 lb cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 lb sausage cooked - bulk or link sausage cut into 1/2 in pieces

8 eggs
2 1/2 c milk
1 tbsp prepared mustard
pepper

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c dry vermouth

Directions:
Directions:
Layer: bread, cheese, & sausage in a well greased 9x13 pan.
Mix eggs, milk, and mustard together and pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Mix together cream of mushroom soup & vermouth and spoon over casserole.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º

optional: 1 can chopped green chillies
