1 box Pillsbury pie crust

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (13 oz) can of chunk chicken
2 cans cream of potato soup (can use cream of chicken)
½ c velvetta, cubed
1 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
In an oval corning dish, place half of the crust in bottom of pan. Bake at 400` for about 15-20 minutes, until brown.

Meanwhile, mix all ingredients in bowl.

Once bottom crust is brown, add the ingredients. Top with other layer of crust and bake for about 30 minutes.
