1 cup butter softened
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp cream of tarter
2 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Sift flour, cream of tarter, soda and salt together and add to cream mixture. Roll a little over a teaspoon of dough into a ball and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes no longer. They are soft cookies.
