1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 package Devils Food cake mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs

Topping
1 3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
whole pecans or chocolate curls for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325
Combine butter, brown sugar and whipping cream. Cook until butter melted. Pour into two cake layer pans. Sprinkle with pecans. Combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs and beat at low speed till combined and then 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into pans. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pans

Prepare topping by whipping ingredients together. Put layer with praline side up. Spread with topping. Add 2nd layer with praline side up and spread topping Garnish.
