2 eggs
1 1/2c. mashed pumpkin
3/4c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 2/3c. cream.

Directions:
Directions:
1. In bowl, beat eggs.
2. Beat in pumpkin, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually stir in cream.
3. Pour into 8-6 oz. custard cups.
4. Place cups in a shallow baking pan.
5. Add hot water to come half way up the sides of the cups.
6. Bake in 350 oven for 35 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
7. Cool and chill.
8. Serve with whipped cream.
