1 Can Eagle brand sweet condensed milk
1 Cup of vinegar
1 Cup of mayonnaise
3/4 Cup of sugar
1 Green pepper diced
1 Red onion diced
1 Package of Tri Colored Pasta cooked and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients with the drained pasta and stir together. Refrigerate and serve best chilled.
