1 Pkg of Jimmy Dean 50% less fat Sausage
1 can corn
Onion, Peppers, etc…
1-2 cans Tomatoes (Rotel or Diced)
Beans (White, Black, Red)
Optional Tomato Juice or V-8 Juice.
Directions:

Brown Sausage, drain, and put in crock pot with other ingredients. Cook all day.
