1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
4 eggs

Custard filling:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk

In saucepan, add water and butter. Cook until boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in flour until ball forms. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Drop by tablespoonfuls three inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 45-50 min until golden brown. Cut little hole in top of puff and clean out some of inside. Fill with custard filling.

Melt butter in double boiler. Blend in cornstarch, sugar, salt and milk. Stir in egg yolks. Add Vanilla. Cook until spoon is coated.
Cut hole in center of pastry and remove some of the pastry. Fill puffs with Custard..
