1 lb chop meat
1 pkg italian sausage (take meat out of casing)
1 med. onion
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
1 can Cento crushed tomatoes
Oregano & basil to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chop meat & sausage meat together.
Add onion & mushrooms and cook until onions are translucent.
Add tomato paste and cook until all dissolved.
Add crushed tomatoes and can of water.
Add oregano, basil, salt & pepper.

Cook for approx. 1 hour
