6 ripe avocados OR prepackaged guacamole
4-6 cans of frito lays jalapeno bean dip OR 1 large can of refried beans mixed with mild or hot salsa
1 large container of sour cream
1 package hot OR mild taco seasoning
1 bag shredded lettuce
1 can sliced black olives
1 bunch spring onions (sliced thin)
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 large bag of shredded mexican blend cheese
hot or mild salsa (only if using avocados instead of guacamole or refried beans instead of bean dip)

Amounts may vary depending on the size dish or amount of people you are feeding. The measurements provided will fill a store bought aluminum cake pan.

1. Spread your bean dip OR refried beans evenly across the bottom of your pan. (You may add more or less beans depending on how thick you want your bean layer.

2. Peel and mash your avocados in a small mixing bowl (consistency will vary as some like it chunky and some like it creamy) Mix salsa to taste. (If using prepackaged guacamole, skip this step)

3. Spread your avocado OR guacamole mixture evenly on top of the beans

4. Mix your sour cream and taco seasoning. (You can use the sour cream container OR the same bowl you used for your avocados) and spread evenly as the next layer.

5. Add a layer of shredded lettuce.

6. Spread your shredded cheese on top of lettuce.

7. Generously sprinkle your diced tomatoes, sliced olives and spring onions over the top

8. Serve with tortilla chips
